Web client licensing

To make Rational® ClearQuest® Web available for use, your license administrator must install floating licenses on a Rational License Server.

The Web server (Rational ClearQuest Web Application server or Rational CM Server) requests a license key from the Rational License Server for each Web client. You do not have to install a license key on your machine to use the Web client.
