The Rational® ClearQuest® CM API provides unified access to Rational ClearQuest.

API client applications gain access to and perform operations on data that is available in the subprovider package. The API provides Java™ programming support to create integrations between Rational ClearQuest and test management, functional testing, and use-case management products.
