Identify which packages have been applied
In this exercise, you identify which packages have been applied to a schema. If you plan to apply a package to your schema, it is useful to have this information first.
To see which versions of packages have been applied to my_sample_schema:
- In the Designer, click .
- In the Schema Summary window, expand the my_sample_schema folder to see all versions of your schema.
- Click the latest version of your schema. Notice that the Associated Packages field lists the Notes and Attachments packages and their versions.
- Click the previous version of your schema. Notice that it lists only the Attachments package.
- Click the previous version of your schema. Notice that it does not list any packages.
- Expand the DefectTracking schema and click its
schema version. Notice all the packages that have been applied to it. The
DefectTracking schema is derived from the Common schema and has the following
packages applied to it:
- Notes
- Resolution
- Attachments
- History
- Customer
- Close the Schema Summary window.
