Print the results of a query

To print the results of the SubmittedCriticalMajor query:

1. Navigate to the query in the Personal Queries folder of your workspace.
2. Double-click the SubmittedCriticalMajor query to run it and generate results.
3. Click File > Print Grid.
4. Select your settings in the Print window and click OK.

To change the header that prints with the SubmittedCriticalMajor query results:

1. Select the Results tab of your query and click File > Headers/Footers.
2. On the Header page of the Header/Footer window, delete the SubmittedCriticalMajor title from the Centered column.
3. Enter Submitted Defects with a Critical or Major Severity Level in the Left Aligned column.
4. Click Font to open the Font window.
5. Select 14 in the Size list and click OK.
6. Click OK in the Header/Footer window.
